ABOUT THE JOURNAL

 

Basic Information

TRIBUNAL, Journal in Educational Sciences and Legal Sciences, is focused on the area of education and law, was founded in 2021 by the Universidad Privada Domingo Savio (Sede Potosí). Its mission is to promote dialogue and critical reflection on the intersection between education and law, with the aim of promoting inclusive, equitable and quality education based on respect for fundamental rights, as well as the study and dissemination of legal knowledge, encouraging critical analysis and academic reflection on relevant legal issues.

Through the publication of original research, reviews, doctrinal analysis and case studies, it seeks to contribute to the development of educational policies and practices that guarantee the protection of the rights of all actors involved in the educational field. Likewise, it seeks to contribute to the development and evolution of law, as well as to the advancement of legal practice.

It is aimed towards academics, researchers, teachers, students and practitioners in the fields of education and law. It may also be of interest to government officials, legislators, and experts in education and legal policy. In addition, the journal can be a valuable source of information for those interested in the intersection between education and law, such as education lawyers, school administrators, and legal professionals working on education-related issues.

TRIBUNAL is committed to addressing relevant issues that foster the improvement of education at all levels and contexts, from early childhood education to higher education, and encompassing pedagogical as well as socio-cultural and political aspects, striving to promote equity and inclusion in education, as well as the development of skills and competencies necessary to meet the challenges of the 21st century. In addition to addressing a wide range of areas of law, including constitutional law, civil law, criminal law, international law, among others, with the aim of keeping readers informed about the most recent legal developments and emerging trends in the field.

TRIBUNAL publishes its content under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license, which allows other to share, reuse and adapt the content of its articles with non commercial purposes, as longs as the resulting product is under the same license and the original work is appropriately referenced.
