ARUQUIPA BUITRE, Romel Emil; GUZMAN ALEGRIA, Leonardo and RAMOS RAMOS, Oswaldo Eduardo. Método para la determinación de arsénico en suelos agrícolas mediante espectrometría de absorción atómica con horno de grafito de fuente continua de alta resolución HR-CS-GFAAS. Rev. Bol. Quim [online]. 2024, vol.41, n.1, pp.6-13. ISSN 0250-5460. https://doi.org/10.34098/2078-3949.41.1.2.
Determination of arsenic in agricultural soils using high-resolution continuum source graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry HR-CS-GFAAS. The conditions for the determination of pseudo-total arsenic in agricultural soil samples were optimized by HR-CS-GFAAS, after digestion in aqua regia in a microwave oven. The wavelength of 193.696 nm, which corresponds to the As line, was configured. An experimental design was carried out to optimize the instrumental sensitivity of As analysis with regard to pyrolysis temperature, atomization temperature and the volume of sample and modifier. The developed methodology showed that the optimal conditions had a pyrolysis temperature of 1300°C and a atomization temperature of 2250°C; in a volume ratio of 5:1 µL of sample and modifier, respectively. To categorize the optimized method as validated, the linearity, accuracy and precision were verified. The Limit of Detection (LD) and Limit of Quantification (LC) were equal to 4.45 µg/L and 14.06 µg/L, respectively.
