Endameba histolytic and Giardia Lamblia are the most common intestinal parasites in the world. In general it's believed that these parasite sicknesses are simple problems from a diagnosis and therapeutic point of view, but trusting too much , can cause situations in which we have diagnostical problems and even though there are a lot of therapeutic options, we can still see the parasite colony. We have done a transversal and descriptive research, with 134 patients, 70 had amoeba and 64 had giardia. The objective was to determine the answer or efficiency to the antimebian and antigiardiasic treatment. Within the group the carriers of ameba, 68,57% were patients that needed only a treatment to eradicate the Parasites, 17,14% needed 2 treatments, 8,75% needed 3 treatments, 2,85% needed 4 treatments and 2,85% needed 5 treatments. Within the group of giardia 56,25% of the patients only needed 1 treatment to eradicate the parasites, 34,37% needed 2 treatments, 2,85% needed 3 treatments, 2,85% needed 4 treatments and 2,85% still have the parasites even though they have received 5 treatments. The antiameba treatment showed an efficiency of: 81,8%,Nitazoxanida, 81,8%Secnidazol, 81,8% Quinfamida, 62,5% Metronidazol, 40% Tinidazol. The antigiardiasic, showed an effiency of: 73,3% Secnidazol, 71,42% Nitazoxanida, 46,15% Tinidazol, 42,85% Metronidazol.
