The conflict topic of January in 2007 that occurred in Cochabamba develops from a different point of view since the description of the events is not the only one to be considered but also the approach given by the communication media, principally the local newspapers Los Tiempos and Opinion, from their liven experience and the resulting opinion. A reflection is made over these aspects considering democracy and participation as the articulating central idea.
