Abstract

Communication has adequate philosophical, ethical, doctrinal and theoretical basis to be considered as a majos human right. Communication is a natural and complete right in the whole communication process, since its creation, source, destination, interpretation and message searching in any media category. The communicatior human right extended to the political leve) acquires the citizen right to political communication character, which essential to democracy because its status of a "human rights connector". Also, it takes the "major right' character since it contents principies and concepts that have separated theoretical developments such as the infomiation right, opinion right, freedom of speech right, freedom press right and other related rights.
