In this presentation, the main components are emphasized on the speeches of quechua speaking women (indigenous authorities of Bolivia) in relation to the construction of meanings around sumaj kausay. It is important to indicate that the construction of the speeches of the population is linked to contextual elements. In the same way it is indispensable to indicate that the indigenous languages are the bulwark of the senses. Because they now help reflect the terms that seek a better living conditions for society.
