A decolonial approximation to social politics and its ontological beginnings from a semiotic perspective for the decolonization. Social politics that reach administration of Hugo Chavez in Venezuela have the social inclusión lite a main principie. This has meant the construction of representation regimens and discursive forms which are ways to get inclusión of those who are excluded. The objective of this work is to get the discussion about inclusión from a critic to modern politic philosophy, and to show the limitations of the ways to treat to excluded people that stem from ontological limits of exclusión limits.
