Abstract

ABSTRACT: From formal equality to social state equality, through material equality. Analyzing equality inside objectuves budgets of proportuonality and reasonableness.In this framework, addressing the historic achievement obtained in the early twentieth century, in that quantitative and qualitative context, which in this century becomes a violation to equality, as the vote of a teacher equals 45 students and this, by itself, constitude a distorsion to the bolivian democratic education.
