Abstract

The protection against discrimination of indigenous peoples at work is an obligation of the State. Where national laws do not develop in an explicit way this protection, you need to go to the constitutional text and international labor standards. This article discusses, for the purposes described, the integration of ILO Convention 169 in the Plurinational Constitution of Bolivia.
