Abstract The main purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between information and communication technologies (ICT) and organizational development (OD) in the Commercial Área of a Peruvian insurance company in 2022. The research was developed under the quantitative approach, correlational scope and used the non-experimental correlational-causal cross-sectional design; the participante were 90 commercial advisors of the company under study, to whom a Likert-type questionnaire composed of 16 Ítems was applied. After processing and analyzing the information, a modérate and significant relationship was found between ICT and DO, since a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.666 was obtained
