In modern addictions, outside of the intake of alcohol, psychotropic drugs or other drugs categorized as minor or heavy, the addiction to technology, mainly to video games, computers and cell phones, occupies a relevant position in the context of addictive consumption. In the present Research are exposed the data obtained in the exploration and analysis of the use of the cell, where the habits and customs of 419 users were evaluated, making a survey and description of the behavior of the inhabitants of the Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, regarding this device technological. The evidence of the presence of addiction to the cell phone was traced and if it is related in some way with variables of personality, style of use and self-esteem.
