In this article, it tries on the operacionalización ofthe psychological variables. It is a procedure that he/she helps to transform the abstract and general variables in concrete and specific variables. The objective is to determine the indicators of the variables and to define the activities with those which to measure the variations of the variables. This methodological operation organizes the investigation defining concepts and procedures that allow to identify, to register and to value the properties and the behavior ofthe variables
