Abstract

The objective was to discover neuropsychologist and psychologist aspects of professional competences in higher education, with deductions of historic cultural theory. The aspects analyzed: psiquis and competence relation, external and internal dimensions, source of stimulation and integration. They were utilized the theory of Vygotski (1987), Leontiev (1974) and Arias (2017). The investigation was basic with documental design and deductive method. It was used a matrix of categories as instrument to understand the particularities of aspects selected. As a conclusion, it is expressed that the professional competence is a psychological formation same as others, then it will be explaining with the principles and laws of human development.
