Abstract

The present research aimed to identify the general profile of personality styles of the Voluntary Rescue Group Bolivia SAR; The La Plata Company, as the seniority of the members in this group of a population of 23 volunteers, men and women, from 18 to 35 years of age increase, it was applied the Theodore Millon Personality Styles Inventory, which structure 24 traits in 3 main areas: motivational goals, cognitive modes and interpersonal behaviors. Subsequently, the variables obtained from the MIPS were related with the years of seniority subdivided into four seniority indicators in the group. The results obtained allowed to answer the research question, which showed that the personality traits are influenced by the seniority of the volunteer in the SAR group. The association of variables supported the development of conclusions that contribute to a healthy, group and individual functioning of the population to which the research is directed.
