Abstract The development of the following pages, are the result of the curricula analysis in the Law Schools of the country, characterized by its traditional legal approach and educational processes linked to the training of lawyers in the Plurinational State of Bolivia and in particular of the Legal Sciences School of San Simón University by developing a diagnosis, that allows to understand the reality of the formative processes, that are executed in this institution and emulated in large part of the national territory. And from the curricula and diagnosis analysis emerge some outlined criteria for the training of lawyers, according to the plurality of needs, interests and individual and collective expectations of the Bolivian State.
