Abstract

The objective of the research was to analyze the link between labor competencies and exponential technologies within the framework of the teaching methodologies of the Electronic Injection subject of the Automotive Mechanics career. Methodologically, it was approached from the qualitative paradigm, descriptive level, and documentary type. The results led to the determination of the new labor competencies developed from the use of the LMS ELECTUDE platform. It was concluded that it is imperative to update the study plans in correspondence with the advancement of the discussions on competence in the digital age and to take into consideration the holistic approach to learning in electronic media so that students acquire the necessary labor competencies to work in a predominantly digital society.
