Abstract

Currently, society faces a globalizing social crisis, it is then, faced with the new challenges of society in achieving social well-being, there is an urgent need to contribute to the control of social problems. The objective of the study was to describe and explain the impact of the procrastination of the code of ethical values on the globalization of corruption in the education sector in the Junín Peru region. The methods and designs used were: Qualitative research, inductive-deductive scientific method with phenomenological design, hermeneutical strategy, segmentation and integration to process the results. Ten key informants suitable and qualified workers from the ten UGELs in the Junín region were interviewed; obtaining the results: the procrastination of ethical values are articulated with implication in the growth of criminal acts in its different forms of corruption. Conclusion the procrasstination of ethical values strongly impacts the globalization of corruption education sector Junín Peru región
