Abstract

Interculturality is confused with pluriculturality or multiculturality and in education, it is only applied to rural areas. The legal normativity points out an Intercultural Education for All (EIT), incompatible with the current system, applying the so-called functional interculturality. The objective is to determine the influence of institutional management in the intercultural manifestations of the graduates of the Instituto Tecnológico Libertad Huarmey- Ancash (ITLH-A). The research is framed as confirmatory, with a quasi-experimental design, hypothesis testing and the analysis of results is carried out with correlational statistics. The data collection technique was a survey and the instrument was a 41-item questionnaire applied to 32 graduates. The significant influence between the variables institutional management and intercultural manifestations was determined. It is concluded: the proposed institutional management corresponds to the development of interculturality in urban students and is applicable to other Peruvian students, making EIT and social-institutional development possible.
