Abstract

Directive leadership in the field of education allows teachers to develop in a motivating, organized environment, with a sustainable purpose and sustainable over time; For this reason, the study aimed to determine the relationship between Directive Leadership and Teaching Performance of the Educational Institution 60756 Claverito de Iquitos. The method used was quantitative, the study was descriptive correlational and the research design was non-experimental descriptive cross-sectional, the population consisted of 100 teachers and the sample was census, the technique used in the collection of the data was the survey, and the instrument was the questionnaire, for the analysis of the data descriptive statistics and non-parametric inferential statistics were used; According to the results, it was obtained that 𝑥2?? = 15.35 > 𝑥2𝑡 =9.48, 𝑔𝑙 4, 𝑝 < 0.05%, so it is concluded that there is a relationship between managerial leadership and the performance of EI teachers. 60756 Claverito from Iquitos.
