Abstract

MANRIQUE, Claudia Adriana Medina. Levels of technological appropriation and Tablet use in the Aricoma rural network of UGEL Crucero in a scenario without connectivity, 2022. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2022, vol.6, n.24, pp.1144-1152.  Epub June 30, 2022. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v6i24.403.

Tablet use is a key factor in the levels of technological appropriation. The research related the study variables through a correlational study. An 18-question questionnaire was used for Tablet use divided into 6 parts: perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, societal pressure, prior knowledge, design and usability, and intention to use. For teaching performance, a questionnaire of 16 questions was applied, divided into 5 parts: level of access, level of adoption, level of adaptation, level of appropriation and level of invention in a sample of 139 students. A significant association was evidenced between Tablet use and technological appropriation with an R value of 0.9555. In short, the adoption of Tablet use in academic processes increases technological appropriation and, in turn, educational automation.
