The education of the 21st century incorporates technologies to offer students with special needs who face the difficulty of entering an equal education in the educational system. Teachers to impart their knowledge have chosen to use screen reader software such as JAWS, NVDA that help to obtain better learning by changing the monotonous teaching paradigm, consequently the research will determine the management of technological tools by the teacher in the classroom environment. in the students with special needs of the Educational Units of the Píllaro canton, for the study quantitative methods of non-experimental longitudinal research will be applied, using interviews, forms and observation, also descriptive bordering on the quasi-experiment; in order to determine the incidence of taking advantage of the use of screen reading tools in students with special needs to improve their skills with performance criteria that will contribute to the teacher in the construction of new knowledge.
