Abstract

MANDOLESI, Melisa  and  BORGOBELLO, Ana. Organizational changes and innovation in the university level during pandemic times. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2022, vol.6, n.24, pp.1284-1298.  Epub June 30, 2022. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v6i24.414.

Remote education in emergency brought various requirements to teachers and organizations linked to the introduction of virtual teaching and learning environments. A study focused on the analysis of a forum with teachers around the evaluation experience during 2020 in an Argentine public Faculty of Psychology is presented. The analysis was carried out from the categories of innovation and culture of innovation; representations about virtual environments and culture and cultural traits to develop or enhance. The results emphasize that teaching work at this juncture is enriched by collaboration in the collective production and socialization of experiences and that the relative power of virtual platforms is associated with openness to change and the flexibility of organizations and those who integrate them. It is possible to conclude that socialization and teaching collaboration in socio-affective spaces are the fundamental innovations to be developed organizationally.

Keywords : forced virtualization; remote education in emergency; university teaching; culture of innovation; representations about VLE.
