PARI, Gregorio Alave. Digital skills and burnout syndrome in teachers at UGEL El Collao. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2022, vol.6, n.26, pp.2094-2104.  Epub Nov 23, 2022. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v6i26.476.

The management and skill in the use of digital competencies for teachers is a relevant factor in the suffering of burnout syndrome. Therefore, the research aims to relate digital competencies and burnout syndrome in 2nd grade primary school teachers of the UGEL El Collao. In the case of digital competencies, a questionnaire adapted from Rangel (2015) of 20 questions was used and for burnout syndrome, the instrument called Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI-ES) based on the authors Maslash and Jackson (1981) was used, made up of a total of 22 items applied to 30 2nd grade teachers at the primary level. A significant association was found between the level of digital competencies of teachers and burnout syndrome. In short, there is an interdependence between teachers' digital competencies and burnout syndrome.
