Abstract

Currently, Knowledge Management is an important element in organizations that are interested in the development of the skills and abilities of its members, as this allows them to improve, which makes this management within institutions increasingly relevant. In this sense, the objective is to analyze the manifestation of Knowledge Management in 4.0 organizations. For this purpose, a study of basic nature, of qualitative type, with phenomenological design and the interview technique was used, this was applied to 5 managers of organizations of this type, which were analyzed through triangulation in the Atlas.ti software. The results obtained allowed concluding that an adequate Knowledge Management in 4.0 organizations enables the development of their collaborators and therefore a better relevance in the market.
