Abstract

Emotional well-being allows achieving a physical, mental and emotional balance, which makes it possible to enjoy a full life and to be able to face problems in a positive way. It is related to the ability to control failure and the achievement of goals. The objective was to analyze the impact of well-being and emotional education in higher education students. A systematic review of 28 scientific articles from Google Scholar describing the development of cognitive skills and abilities of teachers and students was carried out. To conclude, it is necessary to understand emotional management in higher education students in order to understand the importance of reducing divergent situations; therefore, emotional education trains the individual and prepares them as emotionally competent for life, in addition, it is an integral part of the cognitive, neurophysiological and behavioral processes of the human being, which allow the student to manage their emotions in the educational environment.
