Educators, in the development of their functions, must be able to take on challenges, developing professionally and personally, meeting the expectations and needs of students and the educational field. The objective of the study was to analyze the good practices of teachers in education through a systematic review. In reference to the methodology, this was done through a systematic review analysis, considering 50 articles. From the results, it is inferred that good teaching practices directly favor the development of the learning engine and that they are necessary in the educational task. It is concluded that in order to exercise good practices, teaching methods should be focused on strategies based on technological means, didactic resources and student's capacity to improve educational experiences.
