Teaching and learning through ICT in higher education is on the rise since the pandemic. The study aimed to analyze the information and communication technologies in higher education through systematic review, performing a search of the last 5 years in the different specialized databases such as Scopus, Ebsco, Dialnet, Google Scholar, The inclusion criteria were articles that were in relation to the variables ICT and Higher Education; related works in the educational context, from January 2018 to January 2023, the types of document to be reviewed are: Scientific articles, in languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese. Concluding that ICT has had a significant impact on higher education, offering new opportunities and improving the quality of learning. Their effective integration has broadened access to education, enriched the learning experience, fostered collaboration and improved the quality of teaching.
