In Peru, the lack of technological equipment in the institutions and in their homes is a reality; also the lack of access to information due to the inexistence of means for communication and installation of internet networks in many rural areas, these are some of the gaps in reading comprehension. Therefore, the study aims to analyze reading comprehension strategies through distance education. The study was consolidated as a systematic review, the search was conducted in databases and platforms such as ProQuest, UNESCO Thesaurus, Springer Open, Scopus, EBSCO, Mendeley, Scielo... descriptors such as Reading strategies, reading comprehension, reading comprehension strategies, reading comprehension were used. The search results yielded 85 articles, of which 21 were selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. In conclusion, there are strategies that can develop reading comprehension in virtual time such as: the use of software to teach reading generates positive attitudes, the use of mind mapping apps; ICT using paper, computer and cell phone and various readings with questions.
