Abstract

The quality of education in many countries has presented difficulties due to government policies, economic factors or lack of motivation in the remote or non face-to-face educational modality, in many cases this type of education does not have adequate quality standards, also another important factor is the curricular content to improve the context of teaching so that students increase their learning expectations by enhancing the development of practical and social skills. The objective was to generate an analysis by means of a systematic review on the quality of services in higher education training centers, where 45 articles from the Scielo, Ebsco, Dialnet and Scopus search engines were used. Inclusion criteria were based on relevant works, admissible level of reality, direct relation with the research topic, full article layout. As a conclusion, there are many factors that affect the quality of education, these include: funding, teacher training, student participation, curriculum and more.
