School management in Peru faces significant challenges, including limitations in financial resources, inequalities in educational access, lack of teacher training, infrastructure problems, retention and motivation of educational personnel, as well as difficulties in the implementation of educational technology. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the influence of school management by school administrators within educational institutions. The analysis was carried out through a systematic review supported by the PRISMA statement; the selected sources were Redalyc, Scielo, Scopus, Dialnet, Researchgate. The search results yielded 153 articles on school management; under the inclusion criteria, articles published 10 years ago, relevance of the information, reliable sources, publications in Spanish, English, Portuguese; exclusion criteria were duplicity of publications, sources outside the subject, finally obtaining 46 articles according to the search equation. It is concluded that the improvement of school management will not only contribute to overcome the existing problems, but will also promote a more efficient, equitable and conducive educational environment for the learning and development of students in Peru.
