Abstract

ALBERCA PINTADO, Nancy Elizabeth et al. Satisfaction factors in e-learning in university students. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2024, vol.8, n.33, pp.625-635.  Epub Apr 02, 2024. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v8i33.747.

The accelerated advancement of online instruction in universities, driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, has transformed the way in which the educational process is carried out. The objective of this study was to evaluate the satisfaction of university students with e-learning in a Peruvian institution. The type of study was basic with a descriptive design. The census sample comprised 120 students. A 23-item questionnaire was used for data collection, and five dimensions were analyzed: technological infrastructure, service offered, information, interaction with professors and interaction with classmates. The results indicate that the satisfaction factors are 0% in bad, 76% in fair and 24% in good. However, the delivery of information and quality of service received less favorable ratings. The results highlight the importance of improving content delivery and support services in e-learning.
