ALEJO NINA, Corina and VILCA MUNOZ, Valentina. Quality of work life and digital competencies in Peruvian teachers during the second year of the pandemic. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. The sudden shift to virtual teaching has significantly impacted teachers' quality of work life. This study investigated the relationship between the quality of work life and digital competencies in Peruvian teachers during the second year of the pandemic. Ninety-six teachers participated and completed surveys designed for this purpose. A quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional approach was used, revealing a direct and significant relationship between both variables. In addition, the possible moderating role of academic preparation in this relationship was explored, although no evidence of association was found. These findings highlight the importance of adequate academic management to improve the quality of work life of teachers in a challenging context such as the current one.
