Abstract

Throughout an analysis of the environmental technical and regulatory documents submitted in Bolivia in the period from 1997 to 2015, the economic sectors in which most of the projects are presented and their geographic distribution were determined. The main sectors are Hydrocarbons, Energy, Transportation and Mining, in the Departments of Santa Cruz, La Paz, Tarija and Cochabamba. These sectors may correspond with projects of high environmental incidence. The Departments are among the most biodiversity of the country.
