ABSTRACT: The present article analyzes how the right to be forgotten is taking shape in Spain, after the important statement of the ECJ in the case Google vs AEPD and Mario Costeja.After a brief summary about the ECJ's famous ruling, the first resolutions of the Spanish Courts in relation with the right to be forgotten are analyzed.The article highlights the issues that are still open to discussion in daily application of this right.
