Abstract

VELASQUEZ GUZMAN, Mónica. Where is your brother, asks the she-wolf to each child (A reading about Sara Uribe). Rev Cien Cult [online]. 2022, vol.26, n.49, pp.63-78.  Epub Nov 30, 2022. ISSN 2077-3323.

In the present work, I analyze the book of poems Antígona González by Sara Uribe, to trace how a poetics of the fraternal is established there in a context of disappearance and forced death in Mexico today. This theme provokes, parallel to the criticism of political systems, a sharp questioning of the literary system itself through an extreme use and exposure of intertexts and a defiant attitude towards the ways of circulating a book that has been written with and among others, according to the author. It about understands why and how the site of the relative of a disappeared person is rewritten in a poetry close to the documentary, the editing, and listening to protagonists, witnesses and complainants.

Keywords : Documentary poetry; disappearance; interlocution; archive; Sara Uribe.
