BRIONES PARRAGA, Martha Gladis. Social responsibility and the satisfaction of the Peruvian university student. Horizontes Rev. Inv. Cs. Edu. [online]. 2024, vol.8, n.33, pp.717-726.  Epub Apr 02, 2024. ISSN 2616-7964.  https://doi.org/10.33996/revistahorizontes.v8i33.755.

Social Responsibility (SR) integrates science and production by promoting collaboration in educational institutions to achieve student satisfaction in relation to the provision of educational services. The objective was to determine the relationship between SR and the satisfaction of Peruvian university students. For this purpose, a basic research with a descriptive correlational non-experimental design was used. Two instruments were applied to a sample of 200 master's degree students in administration at a private university in Lima. A Chi-square value of 330.0841 was found, the significance or p-value of the test was lower than the limit value of 0.05, affirming with a statistical certainty of 95% that there is a significant relationship between Student Satisfaction and the different dimensions of SR. In conclusion, SR plays a strategic role in the quality of educational services.
