Organizational climate and teacher performance are indispensable in the teaching and learning process to achieve common objectives. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of organizational climate and teaching performance in a UGEL in Metropolitan Lima. The study presents a quantitative approach, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional design. The instrument has a Likert-type scale, the organizational climate was adapted from the study of Hancco (2021), likewise the instrument of teacher performance was adapted from the research of Aguirre (2021), validity and reliability were carried out. The sample was 250 teachers and the correlation analysis was performed with the IBM-SPSS vs. 27 program. It was concluded that the correlation is high between organizational climate and teacher performance, whose p-value = 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a moderate correlation of 0.686, highly significant.
