Abstract

In the context of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, the use of technology intensified, being one of the main means for various activities, within the educational context. Therefore, the objective of the study was to analyze the digital competencies of university students in Ibero-America from 2020 to 2022. The research was theoretical-descriptive of documentary type, for which a review was made in databases such as Redalyc, Scielo and DOAJ, on the digital competencies of university students, having as inclusion criteria original studies, methodologies, year of publication; managing to select 15 publications for review. In conclusion, there is a relative increase of studies on digital competences; university students have developed these competences, but not in all of them; men show a greater mastery of digital competences, and in terms of professional careers, those who study engineering show a greater mastery.
