Resumen

Several studies infer that a good physical environment facilitates the Teaching Learning Process (PEA). To know the impact of the physical factors of the secondary level classrooms of the city of Sucre and from them raise design parameters of classroom models for the different fields of knowledge of the new educational model. A qualitative-quantitative approach was used, making a study of an interpretative social type possible, the technique of the survey and informal conversations were applied. The results reveal that the current conditions are not adequate because they do not facilitate or promote the application of the new educational model for the secondary level.
