Summary Distribution contracts continué to generate a lot of controversy due to their atypical nature. In the absence of a specific regulation in this regard, jurisprudence seeks solutions to the main problems that arise in contractual practice. The sentence discussed inthis paperaddressestwo issues.Thefirstturnsaroundthe noncompliance of the forewarning in the unilateral withdrawal of indefinite duration contracts. The second covers the need for a patrimonial protection of the distributor once the relationship ends, specifically, it analyzes the right to compensation for customers.
