Abstract We must take into account that the Political Constitution of the State protects the guarantee of freedom of human dignity, in this way we understand that human trafficking is a crime since this action consists of capturing, transporting, transferring people through the use of force or threats, through deceit, fraud, kidnapping, or taking advantage of the vulnerability of the person, in order to be exploited in different ways, which is one of the cruelest forms of violence that exists in our country and reflects the civilizational decline in our times, since it violates several fundamental rights that is freedom, dignity and physical and psychological integrity
