The analysis of poverty is the subject of constant debate and adjustments in the economic policy of governments. This research aims to determine if the Human Development Bond generates improvements in the satisfaction of the needs of the recipients represented in figures obtained from the Integrated System of Knowledge and Social Statistics of Ecuador (SICES), detailing the type of beneficiary and the amounts allocated having to do more 40% of the beneficiaries allocated this resource to meet the need for foodless.
