Systematic review was used as a methodology, where it was consulted in different databases such as Scielo, Web of Science, Scopus and Google academic, then through exclusion and inclusion techniques, twelve articles corresponding to the years 2018-2022 were selected, and proceeded to the analysis of the same. Concluding that the use of these technological tools has positive relevance in the acquisition of student learning; however, it does not have greater significance in teacher performance. In addition, the Flipped Classroom strategy is considered as a tool that fosters the capacity for analysis and conflict resolution.
