The flipped classroom is a non-traditional pedagogical strategy that, with the support of the use of technological tools, aims to make student learning effective. The objective of the study was to identify the teacher's performance in the flipped classroom. Systematic review was used as a methodology, where it was consulted in different databases such as Scielo, Web of Science, Scopus and Google academic, then through exclusion and inclusion techniques, twelve articles corresponding to the years 2018-2022 were selected, and proceeded to the analysis of the same. Concluding that the use of these technological tools has positive relevance in the acquisition of student learning; however, it does not have greater significance in teacher performance. In addition, the Flipped Classroom strategy is considered as a tool that fosters the capacity for analysis and conflict resolution.
