In The La Paz-Bolivia, during the years 2007-2011, the evolution of the birth of two twins of seropositive mother was observed in the infantile Maternal hospital (HMI) of the Caja National of Health (CNS) with regard to the Virus of the Human Inmunodeficiencia (VIH), being observed the development and psychomotor growth also, besides the changes laboratoriales in the children. Motivated by this situation he/she decided to carry out a six year-old observational study, in the seropositive two mother children to the VIH born before in the period of time signal; with the objective of determining the relationship between the clinical evolution and the vertical transmission of the illness. In the two studied twins the preventive measures and the application of the Protocol ACTG 076 were completed. In the 6 year-old period he/she was carried out the testeo of the viral load, Elisa besides the study of the hemograma, and the execution of the protocol of prevention was valued used in the vertical transmission of the VIH/SIDA there being you behaving according to that described internationally.
