The present article treats on psico-pedagogic recommendations that they appear to confront the problem of the reading instruction of the Castilian as the second language. Well firstly, in what it concerns the content of the development of the article they explain themselves on theoretical relevancy aspects, to be: the triad neuroscience, the motivation like cognitive strategy of study, the reading seen from a pedagogic perspective and the cerebral operations of the cognitive process of learning; After that there develop the processes of applicability regarding the pedagogic strategies of the reading in L2. To clarify that the purpose and main target that chases this work is to be able to provide concrete information that serve as full applicability. In specific there appear the methodological procedures and strategic scaffoldings that the "educator" must design for the ideal development of the workmanship of reading of the Castilian, like the second language. So it talks each other on the motivation in a reading meeting; likewise, it is considered to be the cognitive processes that the reading activity of the Castilian involves, in learning of this language like the second language (L2). Also, it raises recommendations to the selection of the teaching material for a meeting of class or for a work of reading activity out of classroom and also there appear pedagogic advices regarding material suggested according to the context where the reading is carried out, as this way also according to the variable age; one become clear that all these are emphasized here they must be executed before the initialization of the act of reading a certain textual typology.
