ABSTRACT   The CAMINAR Project perform during the 2007 and 2008 the evaluation of surface water and groundwater resources in the Poopó basin,  in order to reach the management of this resources to safe access to water in the village in the basin. The studies attained to identify regions with social economy activities and different uses of the water. The region 1, identify the organic contamination in the wells, and it is necessary delimited the influence area; in the region 2, it is necessary priorized hydrogeology studies to determine the quality and quantity of the water, at the region 3 it is necessary development program in the integral management of soils, together to programs of safe access to water. The region 4 and 5 there are necessary to takes in account the implementation of economic methods to treatment to eliminate Arsenic of the water to human consumption and to farm
