This Project consist in a business plan which contains a technical-economic study to establish the viability and feasibility of LENNOX S.R.L. enterprise, which will be dedicated to offering specialized services of training and technological update and business management to adult, professional persons and companies in general in Cochabamba's city. The need to create a company with the above mentioned characteristics arises as consequence of central detected problem, which refers to that the labor competitions are insufficient in the adult age in relation to the technologies of information, reason for which initiatory this one seeks to satisfy the needs of the client of a specialized and certified way, since at present the existing companies do not offer a service with these qualities. The project includes a diagnosis of the sector that allowed to know the current situation of the environment, a market research to slant that allowed to analyze the behavior of the client, to know to the competition, between other factors, also there were realized a study of location, studies of engineering and size, organizational aspects, planning of the execution, financial aspects, financial evaluation and an analysis of sensibility with different economic scenes. The project methodology was in use for the formulation of the proposal. The financial analysis of the project obtained income superior to the expenditures and one concluded that the project is attractive and feasible on having obtained positive indicators of profitability with possibilities of long-term growth, by what the implementation of the same one is recommended.
