ABSTRACT The concern about the increase in temperature on the planet has wakened up at international level a series of actions as world summits, international agreements, investigations and policies to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases. However, in recent times there has not been a decline in emissions, on the contrary, countries that affect global warming significandy continué to destabilize the natural climate variability also opt for international policies that would support their actions. In contrast to this situation, in the Plurinational State of Bolivia, has started a process to protect Mother Earth from to the national policies for the preservation and care of the environment and greatly influences in education. Since the implementation of the Education Law 070 "Avelino Siñani-Elizardo Perez", education for coexistence with nature and community health is developed, this project has been implemented from different educational experiences, as a result the Complementary Training Program (PROFOCOM) for teachers in exercise.
