Abstract Background: The purpose of the Abrazoterapia Training Program is to strengthen Socio-Effective Skills in Educators, which are the fundamental pillar to provide quality and warmth care to children who are beneficiaries of Municipal Children's Centers. For this reason, it is postulated that the care given should be affectiona-te, emphasizing in an attachment relationship. Methodology: The theoretical me-thodological approach is based on the scientific area of Positive Psychology, the action plan isthrough pre-experimental research design, with pre-testand post-test application of the qualitative-quantitative measurement instrument, "Goldstein Social Skills Questionnaire", supported by the Workshop method on Embrapatherapy, to a non-probabilistic representative sample of volunteer subjects (30 Educators of 15 Children's Centers ofthe Municipality of La Paz). Results: The results show that the Educators' most developed Skills were for Stress Management, Alternatives to Aggression and related to Feeling Management. This facilitated that each educator was able to improve hercommunication skills, recognize herown feelings, Unders-tand and express them, improving capacities and strategies of patience, respect and care for work with children, children and families, but above all and what is im-portantforthe presentwork, the expression of affection. Conclusions: The Abrazo-terapia Training Program to strengthen Socio-Effective Skills becomes an effective tool in the process of job and personal training in the Educators.
