The problem addressed in this article is based on the question related to the factors that affect the current crisis of justice and the role of Law Departments of the public systems of universities located in Bolivia in development of solutions. The first approach is a necessity to identify processes that influenced this critical stage, and the stakeholders who are leading to deepening of the crisis or its resolution. Other questions have to do with the more appropriate academic model in the training of lawyers and jurists, in the way that they are able to adapt to the requirements of society, with skills, abilities and sufficient knowledge in addition to be updated and form part of the solutions.
